8 Audit Reporting SMK3

9. Monitoring SMK3

10. Administrative Sanctions

Pursuant to Article 190 of Law No. 13/03, Violation of Article 87 subject to administrative sanctions, such as:

  • Temporary suspension of part or all of the means of production
